We have received a webcompat report about the scrolling performance at https://leganerd.com/. If using GVE/Fenix, scrolling is really janky, and content frequently stops drawing.

Looking at a profile, https://share.firefox.dev/3m7Ms4G, it looks like we spend a lot of time painting. Chrome appears to have less issues on the same site, so maybe there is something we can identify and improve here.
