Basic information

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Twitter
  2. Use spacebar to scroll down repeatedly

Expected Results:

Smooth scrolling.

Actual Results:

Occasional janking while page is scrolling.

My best guess here is that WebRender is causing these issues, this is another one of those 'low-end' Intel devices where we're seeing these types of performance issues. The Renderer thread isn't profiled here so we can't be sure based on the profile, but I'm confident enough that I'm going to move this.

Jeff, disabling WebRender might help a small amount, but it is somewhat hard to tell. The jank isn't 100% consistent - it doesn't happen on every scroll and some scrolls are worse than others.
