Open The http://www.x86-64.org/ and make window a little smaller to make
scrollbars apeear (or go to a little longer page inside the site) try to scroll
using scrollbars
Expected result: page scrolls smoothly
Actual result: page scrolls slowly

Page uses a background image that is 3x6600 pixels wide.
