Verified using latest Nightly and Firefox 81.0-build2 that the most of the radio annotation are now saved in Firefox across platforms (Windows 10, macOS 10.15 and Ubuntu 18.04), a few other pdf style do still suffer from this but will be fixed in a future bug.
