This is a meta bug for tracking general performance workflow improvements, specifically in 2020 to help users with catching performance regressions in Firefox.

I would like to go through existing performance regressions, and see how the interactions went. There are a lot of meta bugs with good sources for finding these. I might see if I can understand how the tools were used, and I may interview the participants to get their feedback.

Searches for [perf:workflow] would also be good to review:

:sparky could you take a look over the dependencies, as candidates for dev-pain blockers.

I'm leaving this open as there are plenty of valid improvements left to be made here but they don't necessarily fall into dev-pain.
