I'm a bit worried that we're going to encounter more bugs like bug 1660658 as we roll out. If we fail to obtain printer capabilities, being given the option to print in color to your monochrome printer is a lot less annoying than not being given the option to print in color to your color printer. For that reason I think we should fall back to printing in color on the failure-to-determine-printer-color-support paths.
