On this mach try auto push, only a Windows-specific header file was modified: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=c66e704ea73a11c2d139a88c554898d0fe8824b8

This ran builds on all platforms, and tests on Linux only.

I would rather expect it to run only Windows builds, and, more importantly, the relevant Windows tests.

Sorry, I just noticed that it actually ran some Windows test (bc1, bc2, bc3 each on a different platform variant). This doesn't seem to be comprehensive, but I can't judge that in detail. It still ran lots more Linux tests, which is still odd.
