[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to https://9gag.com/gag/a8GVLbV
2. Click the PiP button and observe the tab bar.

[Expected results]:

• No other tab is opened at PiP button click.

[Actual results]:

• A new tab with the address “javascript:void(0)” is opened.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible after every refresh of the page on Firefox Beta 82.0b2 for this video.
• This issue is reproducible for other videos on this website as well, though depending on the Firefox version and the video, it can be intermittent.
• This does not seem to be a regression, as it was reproducible using mozregression on builds as far as 07/01.
