I'm very sceptical about us storing print.macosx.pagesetup-2
on a global basis instead of on a per-printer basis. I don't know exactly what's stored in PMPageFormat, but it seems like we're storing/getting margin information, and that's going to vary from printer to printer. With all the weirdness we're encountering with printer prefs on mac I'd really like to sort why we're doing this or else change it.

I traced the pref name back to bug 349189, 14 years ago. I think all changes since then have aimed at preserving behavior.

Assuming bug 1681344 flies, this is obsolete.
