User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_6) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/14.0 Safari/605.1.15
Steps to reproduce:
Click a link that returns a PDF document with http header
content-disposition: inline; filename="APDF_filename.pdf"
then save the PDF using the build in save command.
Actual results:
The save as dialog open with a proposed file name "document" instead of the specified filename.
Expected results:
The proposed filename should be the specified one like other browser and previous FireFox versions used to do.

I'm guessing you were affected by bug 1660277.
You'll want to reset your PDF viewer settings, Preferences->Applications->Portable Document Format (PDF) to "Open in Firefox (or Nightly/Beta)".
