Details
This problem affects all versions for Mac OS X I tested (1.0, 1.1 and 1.1a build
ID 2002090508).
1. You install Mozilla (I installed as a user in user folder, not as
administrator) as usual.
2. You start it, Navigator window opens. Usually it goes to www.mozilla.org/start/
3. You maximize the window (green (+) button). Then immediately quit Mozilla.
4. You start Mozilla again and go anywhere else (for me it was www.photim.com).
5. After www.photim.com start page loaded you click "Back".
6. Press another time the maximize button (green (+)).
The Navigator window will quit. No way to get it back. If you open another
Navigator Window it will be fully transparent. You'll only see a vertical line
on the upper left side.
Delete Mozilla only will not solve the issue.
The only way to get Mozilla to work properly again is to completely delete the
default profile (I didn't create other profiles yet) folder, start Mozilla again
and create another profile.
This issue doesn't affect Chimera 0.4 official.
Best regards,
Vladimir

This bug affects all components (so far Mail & News and Composer).
You open, maximize the window, quit, open again, try to maximize and boom!
WorksForMe using Chimera/2002090505 on 10.1.5. Vladimir, can you reproduce this
problem using another Mozilla user profile?
Reassigning to XP Toolkit/Widgets.

Yes, I can.
And I wrote that this bug doesn't affect Chimera.

Bug 167663, bug 166519, bug 167545, and bug 166963 all seem to be the same
problem (window shrinks to an extremely small size under OS X 10.2).
Arbitrarily marking the last three as duplicates of the first one.
