Steps to reproduce:

just using Firefox.

Actual results:

imnot able to move my TAP. The symbol were the tap would be placed is not shown. After free my mouse tap got detattcht.

I have to minimize the main window and reopen it to move the Tap back.
This error was not on Firefox 68....

Expected results:

Just move th tap

What is "TAP"? What is a "mouse tap"?

After free my mouse(on position i want that tab), tab got detach.
