Using trunk build 2002090511 on Windows 2000. Start a download that begins downloading while you're selecting the action (open/save) or folder. I used http://home.ccci.org/wolbrink/tntmpd/delphi_unicode_controls_project.htm and clicked on "Download now". The file is small, so it will be completely downloaded while you select the correct folder. Progress dialog is displayed after the folder is selected. The status shows "Download complete.." and button states are correct, but the dialog title is "Saving", progress bar is empty and there is no "100%" to the right of it. These might sound like minor issues, but they are important visual clues to the user. I, for one, sometimes stare at the dialog for a moment wondering why it doesn't start downloading before I realize it's already done.
