Affected versions

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Access any Youtube video
  3. Keep pressed Ctrl + Shift + ] or Option + Command + Shift + ] for mac to spam 1-2 seconds the PIP window

Expected result

  • The PIP window can still be enabled or disabled

Actual result

  • PIP window is unusable, as it won't activate anymore until Firefox is restarted.

Regression range

  • This seems to be a recent regression, as on 82.0, those controls only activate PIP, and won't deactivate it again if kept pressed

Updating flag for affected Nightly 84.0a1 (2020-10-20) (64-bit), reproduced on Win10.
