The button that pops up the video window is clickable even under the Settings popup ??

Steps to reproduce:
When I want to change the video speed or change the video quality: I click for change and then I click on the popup window button which is under the settings menu.
Actual results:
A video window pops up instead of getting the settings I want.
Expected results:
The popup window button should be non-clickable under the Settings menu.
