See bp-1b94643a-809c-4c15-87f0-41ef30201015 which has 'OS X Unknown' but should use version '11.0' instead. The ceiling got added in bug 1218751 (exactly) five years ago.

For context, in June 2020 Apple announced Big Sur which is "macOS 11.0" which will come out in late 2020. It's available in the Apple beta channel already. This bug covers fixing the pretty name rule accordingly.
