Steps to reproduce:
1, Called tech help from Kasperski that entered my computer.
2, Called and have 3rd level support from email host--Hostgator said: contact mosilla TB .
3, Can't find my exact problem.
4, other computer set up eactly the same way--no problems.
Actual results:
No results from anyone above.
I can only click the ignor button to make then all go away each- one time. When I open up TB again--it's the same thing al over again..
Putting in P/W does nothing-- worse because a cyclr of 8 accounts get repeated all over again and again--no end to it.
Can only use email when I finally get rid of cycle of P/w requests when presing ignor.
Expected results:
Expect repeated requests for P/Words to stop asking for all 8 email accounts P/W over and over again when I have a master P/W . Using P/W does not stop the repeat sending of requests for P/w

Can anyone give info to stop password request window from repeatedly popping up for every email in my set-up in TB before I can write in TB

Do you have the passwords in Options > Privacy & Security > Passwords > Saved Passwords?
Disable Kaspersky on the one computer that creates repeated password prompts.
If Thunderbird works, compare Kaspersky settings between all the computers and verify they are the same.
