Steps to reproduce:

Set everything up at one device, then changing to a fresh new device.

Actual results:

Most of the things are synced. But not Run in Private Windows option in extensions. So I have go to options and enable them one by one.

Expected results:

Sync Run in Private Windows option of the extensions. Or ask the user if wants to (just like a fresh install).

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

I don't know where this is stored, and I imagine it's not going to be trivial to sync, but it seems a reasonable request. We could maybe update the payload used by addons to carry these kind of per-addon preferences managed by the browser itself. There probably needs to be a UX discussion too (ie, can we assume this should always be synced?)
