We have already heavily modified the IPC code in our tree, and heavily switched to generally using xpcom components over chromium's components. There are no plans to ever try re-vendoring code from chromium into mozilla-central here

We should remove the remaining dependencies on the custom configurations set up by chromium-config.mozbuild in the ipc code, and finally remove it completely.
