Details

I'm using the latest Mozilla (1.1) and my entire profile has been randomly lost,
both on XP and ME. There is nothing to account for this; I've simply booted up
on a particular day, and all my settings are completely gone. I have to enter
all my email accounts in all over again. It also looks like some of my settings
for the browser have to be reinstated too (Show me whether this page is
encrypted, turn on passwords, etc.), but this is less of an issue.
Oh, also, I've been using all the releases up to 1.1 (1.0, 1.1 alpha, 1.1 beta)
and this has never happened with the other versions.
But I dont think this has to do with Mozilla, has it?
I'd say not, except I can't think it's a coincidence ...

1) I just upgraded to 1.1 about 2-3 days beforehand.
2) Never had a problem with Mozilla in the previous versions
3) then I completely lost my profile on 2 separate machines, one running WinXP
and the other running WinME. There was no system crash to account for losing
data, either.
You probably ran into bug 155080
