https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/storage/test/unit/test_locale_collation.js is only user that uses nsICollation from JavaScript.

We want to remove script access of nsICollation. So if possible, could you rewrite this test via gtest?

What's the priority of this request? Since there's no official team assigned to work on Storage bugs, we'll have to steal resources from other teams for it, unless the team working on removing nsICollaction has time for it.
