I'll start looking into this one after landing the patch for bug 1682866 because it's possible that the patch that I am going to land can fix this bug as well.

Summary: Intermittent awsy/test_memory_usage.py TestMemoryUsage.test_open_tabs | IOError: Process killed because the connection to Marionette server is lost. The last occurrence of this bug was Dec 22 which matched the timing of when I landed the fix for bug 1682866. Looks like this is not an issue anymore, so I am removing my NI.

I'll let the sheriff team decides if we can close the bug.
