With bug 1513045 fixed, "browser.tabs.remote.separatePrivilegedContentProcess" pref disabled in bug 1558763 should be enabled by default

This should be about removing those 2 lines https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/4b88e0b8cca115009e82fdd65e5bf5812ff99128/remote/shared/RecommendedPreferences.jsm#121-122
However I don't know if we added any automated test to check this.
