Steps to reproduce:
- Set widget.dmabuf-textures.enabled to true
- Restart firefox
Actual results:
Window controls are not visible (but work when appropriate area is clicked)
Expected results:
Window controls should be visible

bug 1627674 had been closed half a year before this bug was filed.
There has also been bug 1776889.
widget.dmabuf-textures.enabled is a Nightly-only debug pref which should be left disabled.
