For the default browser agent notification telemetry, if we include the user's previous "notification-action", that should be enough to let us get a better window into ~how many users might have clicked "make firefox default" (or, "yes" for non-en locales) but then gotten confused/lost/changed their mind/etc in the Windows settings panel.
Let's start including this bit of detail (or something else that will let us get at this information) so we have a better idea of if we need to help users understand how to navigate the OS level default settings panel a bit better than we do now.
