Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, log in with a valid account - join any group so you have notifications;
2. Click on the bell icon, click on any notification from a post;
3. When it opens, it has an outline, CTRL+P to trigger print preview while outline still displayed;
4. Scroll down;

Expected result

• focus ring is displayed in preview as well;

Actual result

• focus ring not displayed on the second page;

Regression range

• while checking for the regression window, closest I could get was the result bellow; few notes: considered a "good" build ones that displayed the preview only on half, rest not working (assuming it is a bug that was fixed on the way) issue blocking me to go deeper was causing tab to crash when triggering print preview, bad is the current version in which the bottom part of the focus ring is no longer displayed. Looking at it, it's not a regression just something that was not fully addressed when working on the new print UI.
