Deprioritize this as its dependent bug 1677497 ended up collecting the data in nightly, whereas onboarding telemetry is targeting all the channels. Will revisit this once bug 1677497 gets collected in other channels.

Given that this dltoken is of category 4, and legal has this followup request on it, I'd recommend us to put it on hold (p3?) unless we have a clear use case for it for now.
