Details
(Whiteboard: regression)
Affected platform
Windows 7
Windows 10
Affected versions
Nightly 86.0a1
Firefox 85 beta
Firefox 84.0.2
Pre-requisites
Make sure you are on a Firefox profile where PiP was toggled before.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Go to YouTube and start a random video
- Click on the PiP Toggle
- Double click on the PiP window and wait for the next song to play.
Expected result
The size of the PiP window should not change, should be the same as in step 3.
Actual Result
After the video finishes playing, the size of the PiP window is modified to full-screen size.
I could not reproduce this issue on Mac Big Sur 11 and neither on Ubuntu.
This could be a regression since I could not reproduce this issue on Firefox 78.7.0 esr. I will investigate more as soon as time permits.
