On my machine, something is pretty much always holding secure event input. (It's actually a PITA because I want to use an alternate task switcher which is prevented by this thing-i-haven't-identified holding secure event input.) This situation is kind of common based on the multitude of blog articles I've read while trying to debug my situation.
Accordingly, I am getting spammed by this assertion all the time, and it doesn't seem to be valuable at all and I think we should remove it.

This is a very common occurrance and the assertion for this is not valuable.
