The existing features hidden via modifier keys in Firefox are not very discoverable today if users don't navigate help forums or ask specific questions - eg:
- how can I view images in a new tab? https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/9yksfk/can_we_enable_or_have_the_open_image_in_next_tab/
- how can I open all the bookmarks in a folder in a new window? https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/l872r9/is_there_a_open_all_in_a_new_window_option/
There is precedent in macOS for updating the menu item label to the action that will occur when the modifier key is pressed - it makes the features hidden by modifier keys more discoverable for users that are familiar with the concept.
See:
- https://www.howtogeek.com/210379/access-hidden-options-and-information-with-your-macs-option-key/
for documentation of this feature.
These options will also become more usable for people who know that an option exists, but don't necessarily remember the exact modifier key required - especially when multiple modifiers exist (eg. shift and control).
I'll attach additional enhancements blocking this one for some of the features that this would help expose - especially for features already implemented and available.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
