I could be wrong, but I feel as though:
WARNING: YOU ARE LEAKING THE WORLD (at least one JSRuntime and everything alive inside it, that is) AT JS_ShutDown TIME. FIX THIS
has something to do with this.

browser_customMinimonthCount.js is now on esr78 as bug 1679129 is being uplifted for Thunderbird 78.8.1.
