Steps to reproduce
- Enable
widget.disable-native-theme-for-content
in Nightly. I'm using Windows 10. - Restart Nightly.
- Open
about:debugging
- Click "This Nightly" on left side of page.
- Click "Load Temporary Add-on" button.
- When the file dialog opens, press ESC to dismiss it.
Result
The "Load Temporary Add-on" button has a blue focus ring, but the top edge is cut off. See the attached screenshot.

Fixing this bug is probably as easy as repositioning the "Load Temporary Add-on" button on the about:debugging
page, but it worries me that the non-native focus ring is going to cause other layout webcompat issues on websites.

This is also an issue with the native theme to be clear.
