Steps to reproduce

  1. Set browser.proton.contextmenus.enabled pref = true and restart Nightly.
  2. Open about:preferences.
  3. Search for "Use recommended performance settings".
  4. Uncheck the "Use recommended performance settings" checkbox.
  5. Click to expand the "Content process limit" drop-down menu.

Expected result

browser.proton.contextmenus.enabled should not change the width of the the "Content process limit" drop-down menu.

Actual result

The unexpanded "Content process limit" drop-down menu is wider with browser.proton.contextmenus.enabled than without. The expanded drop-down list is still the same narrower width with browser.proton.contextmenus.enabled.
