In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1546167 the site is not allowing Firefox users to download voice messages based on UA detection. According to comment 12 the download link works when spoofing as Chrome.

We can add an UA override for https://www.spectrum.net/voice/. One caveat is that it's not possible to test - the site doesn't allow to create an account (at least from my location).

Yup. Installed nightly and went there without extensions. It downloaded the voicemail file perfectly.
