Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a sub-folder named "Sub" within "Templates"
  2. Create a new template email and move it within the "Sub" folder
  3. Edit the template email, apply some changes, and save it

Actual results:

The template email within the "Sub" folder is not changed.
Instead, a copy of the template email is stored in the "Templates" folder and presentes the intended changes.

Expected results:

The template email within the "Sub" folder is updated with the applied changes.

Same for drafts. Ancient issue.
