Cursor should maintain position when switching views in composer

When using composer in the "normal" view I sometimes feel compelled to switch
over to the "HTML Source" view to edit the source manually. This can be
difficult, though, if I'm editting the middle of a large document, as when I
switch views the cursor/page position is not preserved. Instead the source is
shown at the very top, and I have to scroll down through it and find the spot
that I was working at to be able to edit it. Likewise, highlighting text in the
normal view does not cause it to be highlighted in the HTML Source view, which
could be very useful if it did. I have seen this type of action in other HTML
editors and have found it to be very useful.
