I could not find a shipping bug for this feature so creating one. We'll need to deal with the dependencies and email an intent to ship.
(Bug 1624914 does not seem related to this after all, even though it's still marked as regression of bug 1508292...)

The documentation for this feature is going into MDN in this PR: https://github.com/mdn/content/pull/5499/. Would appreciate your review/comments.
This essentially updates the header docs (which were draft) and better cross links to some useful docs on the topic. It also adds a release note. Comments welcome.
Note that the headers are marked experimental. With support from Firefox this is probably not experimental any more. I am confirming that via the browser compatibility data and will remove the experimental tagging from MDN once/if that is confirmed.
