User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:86.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/86.0

Steps to reproduce:

The attached PDF-File was opened in Firefox. If it is opened in another PDF-viewer or browser it is displayed correctly.

Actual results:

All checkboxes on the upper left side are displayed as checked. I assume the status of all checkboxes is always intepreted as "true" by the internal PDF-viewer.

Expected results:

Only two of the four checkboxes should have been checked. You can see the desired result in other PDF-viewers, as stated above.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::PDF Viewer' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
