Steps to reproduce:
The attached PDF-File was opened in Firefox. If it is opened in another PDF-viewer or browser it is displayed correctly.
Actual results:
All checkboxes on the upper left side are displayed as checked. I assume the status of all checkboxes is always intepreted as "true" by the internal PDF-viewer.
Expected results:
Only two of the four checkboxes should have been checked. You can see the desired result in other PDF-viewers, as stated above.
