Potentially related to bug 1638593, but unfortunately I cannot reproduce either..

Since bug 1701633 landed some crash reports are trickling in for this bug and bug 1638593 (which I assume are the same) with the GraphicsDrawShader annotation. We appear to be crashing either during cs_clip_box_shadow_TEXTURE_2D
or cs_blur_ALPHA_TARGET
draw calls. Interestingly both of these are rendering to an alpha target, so perhaps that is important.

I'm going to close this as a duplicate of bug 1638593, as I believe they are the same, but just a slightly different driver version meaning a different signature. Both crashes occur during a draw call with the same shaders.
