[Enhancement] Consider opening the “Import Summary Report” page in the already existing opened tab after clicking the “View detailed Import Summary” link from the “Import Complete” modal

[Prerequisites]:
- Have Firefox Beta 88/Nightly 89 open.
- Have 2 valid CSV files saved on your machine.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Navigate to “about:logins”.
- Click on the Menu button.
- Select the “Import from a File…” option.
- Select the CSV file from prerequisites and click on the “Open” button from the “Import Logins File” picker.
- Click on the “View detailed Import Summary” link.
- Switch back to the “about:logins” page and repeat steps 2 to 5.
- Observe what happens.
[Proposed result]:
- The tab of the “Import Summary Report” page is focused and it is refreshed.
[Current result]:
- The “Import Summary Report” page is opened in a new tab even if this was already opened in another tab.

- Attached is a screen recording of the current behavior.

That is a reasonable idea, but we don't keep a record of the results of each import, so having the detailed report open in a new tab each time is the only way a user can review the results of multiple imports. If we reuse the report tab, that capability would be lost, so I would prefer to keep this the way it is.
