[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to “about:logins”.
2. Click on the Menu button.
3. Select the “Import from a File…” option.
4. Select the CSV file from prerequisites and click on the “Open” button from the “Import Logins File” picker.
5. Click on the “View detailed Import Summary” link.
6. Switch back to the “about:logins” page and repeat steps 2 to 5.
7. Observe what happens.

[Proposed result]:

• The tab of the “Import Summary Report” page is focused and it is refreshed.

[Current result]:

• The “Import Summary Report” page is opened in a new tab even if this was already opened in another tab.

[Notes]:

• Attached is a screen recording of the current behavior.

That is a reasonable idea, but we don't keep a record of the results of each import, so having the detailed report open in a new tab each time is the only way a user can review the results of multiple imports. If we reuse the report tab, that capability would be lost, so I would prefer to keep this the way it is.
