Steps to reproduce: select "zoom text only" in view → zoom menu, and zoom in (to 150%, say); now take a screenshot of a region in the page containing some text: the text will be larger in the screenshot than it appeared in the page on screen, and it will overflow the size of the image.

In contrast, taking a screenshot of a zoomed page without the "zoom text only" mode does not trigger this bug.

I believe this bug appeared in branch 85 or 86, and it is still present in 87.

This is possibly related to bug #1699410 but I'm not sure, because the latter doesn't say anything about "zoom text only"

PS: I hope this is the right place to file this bug… The component help text on Bugzilla said to go to https://github.com/mozilla-services/screenshots for anything not security-related, but the latter clearly states that it is archived and read-only. So what gives?

It's the correct place to file the bug. We've closed that repo and are now hosting the code in tree. I'll update the bugzilla text as well.
