Steps to reproduce:
When Windows 10 display scale setting is set to more than 100% or page is zoomed in, "Take a Screenshot" tool creates incorrect screenshot for part of a page.
Actual results:
Incorrect screenshot was created, not everything what was selected ended up in the screenshot.
Expected results:
A screenshot of the selected page section should have been created.
