Also resetting the margin-inline of the URL field to 0 could be nice, to make it flush with the rest of the elements.

The above patch addresses four tasks:
- Fixes the left alignment of the "Browse without being followed" and strings below that in the main view.
- Fixes the styling of the buttons on the "Report a Broken Site" panel.
- Fixes the left side alignment in the subpanel when you click on a blocked item in the main view.
- Fixes the URL field margin on the "Report a Broken Site" panel.
Also, I attached some screenshots for each task with and without the patch.
