Details

On Windows, currently tabbing to the following elements displays a dotted outline instead of the protonized outline:

  1. Info icon (i) at the top of the panel
  2. "More info" text when expanding the info icon
  3. "Site fixed? Send report" when disabling ETP on the page
  4. ETP toggle

On Windows the dotted outline is because of:

Removing it doesn't have to happen in this bug imo because it's more of a global thing that can affect other UIs, so it can be addressed in a different bug.

This was fixed by the work being done in bug 1756002.
