Change of plans - let's disable mixed-content-auto-upgrading again, even in Nightly.

(In reply to Cristian Brindusan [:cbrindusan] from comment #3)

Backed out changeset 63ddc2074344 (Bug 1703847) for causing wpt failures in tao-origin-SO-XO-SO-redirect-chain.https.html.

It seems the test tao-origin-SO-XO-SO-redirect-chain.https.html just landed a few hours prior within Bug 1700460. FWIW, this test would have started failing in Beta because mixed-content-auto-upgrading is not enabled in Beta.

Anyway, we can remove the *.ini file for that test because it passes without mixed-content-auto-upgrading enabled.
