[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Windows 10, Ubuntu 20
[Preconditions]:
Reach about:config and set browser.proton.enabled = true
[Steps to reproduce]:
Launch an older version of the Firefox browser.
Trigger the "Update and Restart" panel notifications.
Click the Dismiss button from the panel.
Click on the Hamburger menu
Expected Result:
The notification copy on the Hamburger menu should be in Bold
Actual Results:
The notification copy on the Hamburger menu is not bold.

I was able to reproduce it on macOS 11 for "Unable to Update" notification banner.
