Expected Results:

Fast scrolling.

Actual Results:

Janky, stuttering while scrolling.

There are some really long composites (up to 1s) visible on this profile. Moving to WebRender for further investigation.

I suspect that we have some large blob masks resulting in frame spikes with both bad upload times, and time spent in the clip shader.
