QA Whiteboard: [qa-regression-triage]

Hello! I tried searching for a regression range and it seems that the above-mentioned issue happens after this pushlog:
https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=b85dba9383a1caa14ca617b19fae6ca1c36ad4f6&tochange=4b50ed94ff90a17044524b3ff6d44b0bfef6f0e2.

Before this fix, the profile panel was cut off but it was not moving when opened screnshot. Also, the profiler subpanel from the overflow menu is cutoff as well with the latest nightly and proton disabled. This error cand be seen in browser console when opening profiler subpanel: browser.ui.interaction.pinned_overflow-menu - Unknown scalar..

The clipped profiler panel is not a regression because it started happening after bug 1572786 landed. Also, there is bug 1696599 for this issue.

Has Regression Range: no → yes
