Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox with a new profile and enter Customize mode.
- Select a random theme and click Done.
- Enter Customize mode and click on Restore Defaults/ Undo buttons.
- Observe the top part of the browser.
Expected result
- Items from the toolbar are not moving.
Actual result
- Address bar and following items are moving.
