The new pie-chart style of download progress indication in the toolbar button is currently set to show 5% as the initial (0%) visual state and for indeterminate (Content-Length unknown) downloads. This is still quite a thin sliver and hard to read. UX has suggested 10% as a better initial visual value.

Verified that the pie chart starts at 10% on 89.0b10 and 90.0a1 (2021-05-10) instead of the 5% in 90.0a1 (2021-05-03). Tests were performed on macOS 10.15.7, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04.
